Fantastic opportunity available for Paediatric Allied Health Staff.

Early Links Inclusion Support Service is an Early Childhood Early Intervention Service offering support for families in the Lower and Upper Hunter region. In response to the roll out of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) our service has recently expanded, creating new opportunities within our teams.

Our service offers dynamic, professionally-rewarding team environments for our staff to work within. Staff are provided with generous working conditions and flexible work arrangements to assist staff in meeting their personal and professional needs.

We are inviting applications from qualified Paediatric Allied Health Staff including: Psychologists to fill vacancies now and into the future. Allied Health applicants will be asked to indicate the regions that they would be willing to work in, this covers the Lower and Upper Hunter Regions. Part time and Full time opportunities are available.

Essential Criteria

  • A Degree qualification in Clinical and General Psychology and registration with appropriate professional body
  • Post graduate experience with a paediatric case load including an ability to conduct assessments for children aged birth-8 years preferred
  • A holistic approach to children’s development
  • Ability to integrate programs into everyday activities and childcare/home routines
  • A commitment to the philosophy of inclusion and family centred practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, consultation and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with other agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a transdisciplinary team
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Driver’s licence and reliable car
